Woodvale Fish & Lily Farm

Drove from Bunbury (4he round trip) especially to buy 3 water lilies, other water plants, Pygmy perch and fertiliser. 2 lilies produced new leaves and looked healthy, the third did not make new growth and after several weeks I discovered it was rotting. The lily that flowered was white, I specifically went for bright colours. The shade lily as yet has not produced a flower. I didn’t get what I paid for and after several emails back and forth where I was requested to send photos no reply. So all I got from them was a run around, I would not deal with this business again.

I always admire how awesome there ponds and gardens are. With out there knowledge I wouldn't have been able to custom make my wishing well pond. It's full of editable Silver Perch and I have all the editable plants to go with it. I now live totally organic and the Englsh watercress I put a net going down the waterfall wishing well. I planted it all through it and to my astonishment it took off. I even planted kang kong underneath ect and it's loving it. My home is a dream because of these guys and girls. I wanted Taro and they instructed me to make a bog garden I now wrap my fish in the leaves with a curry coconut milk. I'm looking forward to eating the taro root as well. I couldn't say a bad word about them, as they gave me peace on earth Thank you heaps and heaps. Just sent you a pic of wrapping the coconut curry fish in Taro leaves and steam presto a amazing Island dish.

Amazing place, lots of fish, Marron and Yabbies available to choose from. Staff are excellent and very knowledgeable. Lots of pumps, tanks, sand gravel and gear for your fish pond and tanks. Well worth the visit

Wish i could rate this place higher. I ordered a spare part for my pond filter at about 12pm and it was delivered the next day. I've never had such a fast delivery before. And it was reasonably priced too. I will return.Such a great selection of Koi and other fish + plants and accessories. really impressed. Only downside is they're quite far from 'Perth'. But its definitely worth the drive

Bought a pond off them....the sales man was very friendly....and got a very good deal as it was last piece.I asked the size and he confirmed with a co-worker that it was over 2000litres and so I slowly bought fishes accordingly...Unfortunately a few had passed.After a lot of research I found out that the pond it's only 560 litres and I am now stuck with it.Reply:The reason why i didn't raise the issue with you its because I had a feeling that you would have replied exactly the way you did.I also bought a all in one filter of you and when asked questions if the system was working effectively i had a short similar response...We are not sure why you got this issue ....just leave it will be fine..... I also bought several fishes and when asked question i felt the same way.It is up to you if you wish to investigate further with the salesman that was there...it was a young man who sold me the last universal rock available.

Great advice from Sharon re a malfunctioning pond pump recommended me to Blake at Clearpond picked up new pump & transacted back to Sharon via phone. Best customer service from both companies that I've encountered in a while.

Excellent place to take the kids when looking for that new pet. Loads of fish and great set up, kids get to catch their own fish. Friendly staff.

Great place with a wide variety of water lilies, water plants and fish. When I visited, a few of the lilies I wanted to buy were there in the ponds but were not ready for sale, which is a bit disappointing. Some of the water plants weren't the healthiest, but the lilies generally were beautiful and healthy and in big pots. The staff were friendly, but be prepared to wait for service as it was busy with customers! Overall worth visiting.

Really happy about the attitude of the staff members when everytime I ask about an advice they consistently give honest recommendation and do not try to sell products from their shelf if it is not required to do so. This kind of attitude is not the one that I get from other fish shops.
