Pond fish supplier

This is an excellent place to get great advice and everything you need for your pond. The staff are great and very friendly and they purpose built pond edging and a great waterfall for me.I love going there.

I got Mr. Rio last week from Tanita and Jason. He had been hand-reared. Jason & Tanita are so friendly, easy going and welcoming. Definitely recommend them.

Excellent shop with everything you could need for your pond or fountain. Pumps ranged from tiny tabletop pumps to huge outdoor pond pumps and all the accessories and requirements you could think of were in stock. There are some lovely gift items, beautiful wind chimes, ornaments for fairy gardens and terrariums, and a surprisingly diverse selection of succulents available in the small outside shade house.The staff were both knowledgeable and helpful and were able to help us find the pump we needed. Had it not been the correct size, they said we could bring it back and exchange it, no worries. Will definitely be back next time we need something pond related, or just to pick up another few of their cute succulents.

Needed some fish to deal with the wrigglers which have discovered our ponds and we were sold some lovely pygmy perch to deal with the issue.

Drove from Bunbury (4he round trip) especially to buy 3 water lilies, other water plants, Pygmy perch and fertiliser. 2 lilies produced new leaves and looked healthy, the third did not make new growth and after several weeks I discovered it was rotting. The lily that flowered was white, I specifically went for bright colours. The shade lily as yet has not produced a flower. I didn’t get what I paid for and after several emails back and forth where I was requested to send photos no reply. So all I got from them was a run around, I would not deal with this business again.

Highly recommended pheonix birds and aquatics for all your bird needs. They have a great selection of toys, plus handmade toys that are beautiful, my birds second that they love them. Jason and Tanita are highly knowledgeable and answer all my concerns and questions I have about my birds. I have just today picked up my newest addition to my bird family, a beautiful hand raised baby budgie who is already settling in and chirping away with his/her budgie and cockatiel friends. You can’t go wrong when you shop at pheonix birds you will walk away happy knowing your birds are going to be happy and healthy

I always admire how awesome there ponds and gardens are. With out there knowledge I wouldn't have been able to custom make my wishing well pond. It's full of editable Silver Perch and I have all the editable plants to go with it. I now live totally organic and the Englsh watercress I put a net going down the waterfall wishing well. I planted it all through it and to my astonishment it took off. I even planted kang kong underneath ect and it's loving it. My home is a dream because of these guys and girls. I wanted Taro and they instructed me to make a bog garden I now wrap my fish in the leaves with a curry coconut milk. I'm looking forward to eating the taro root as well. I couldn't say a bad word about them, as they gave me peace on earth Thank you heaps and heaps. Just sent you a pic of wrapping the coconut curry fish in Taro leaves and steam presto a amazing Island dish.

Gentleman is very helpful but when I went in and spoke to the lady she was not very helpful at all. In fact she openly admitted that since their is no competition in the area there is no need for them to negotiate on price compared to competitors selling exact same fish at half the price. She was very short and rude about it all as well. I'm not going back there again. I went to their competitor who was extremely helpful and got twice as many fish for same price. I usually like to support local and have bought all my fish through them in the past, but after this experience never again. Would not recommend to friends and contacts I have.

Steph was wonderful with her advice and such good knowledge. I love all my plants ect, I really love this place as ponds are my escape from the outside world. Im in business Kingsceilings & Renovations myself. And to see good workmanship makes me happy.
